I recently stayed at this delightful B&B for a few days. The view from the back door is absolutely astounding, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, with separate comforters for added luxury. The staff, including Sarah, Sandy, and Petra, are all so sweet and kind. The breakfast spread is better than some 5-star hotels, with a wide variety of well-crafted dishes. I would rate this place 11 out of 10 if I could.

Christmas at this place was great! The breakfast was amazing, they had everything that I could imagine. One complimentary drink was available every night, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants yet just far enough away to avoid the noise. I also loved the fact that they had a pool available which was an added bonus to my stay.

That the heating was cranked up really high in the rooms and it was difficult to regulate the temperature at night. The thick comforter on the bed didn't help either!

We really enjoyed having evening drinks at Cascade, which is conveniently located nearby. The room was great, especially with the lovely balcony. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of food options. Additionally, we appreciated the availability of free wifi.

The internet was extremely slow and barely worked in the room. The heating also seemed to be insufficient, as the room was quite cold, especially during the night.

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium as it provided the stunning mountain view that office folks all over the world only ever see as a screensaver. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of free WiFi in the room. It would have been convenient to have constant access to the internet without having to go to the public areas.

This hotel is an exceptional find! The attention to detail in the design and facilities is superb. The rooms offer a lovely view of the mountains, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center, with easy access to everything Ortisei has to offer.

Everything was absolutely amazing, no improvements needed.
